Joey is an ordained campus minister in the PCA (Presbyterian Church in America). Originally from Memphis, TN, he is a graduate of Mississippi State University and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (S. Hamilton, MA). He is a member of Red Sox Nation and enjoys and supports independent music. He is bi-coastal, if you consider the Mississippi River one of the coasts.

Katie is also a native of Memphis, TN and a grad of Miss. St. She married Joey in Dec. 2000 (scientists are still crunching the numbers on how this could have happened). She is an artist--her favorite things are ceramics, photography and water color--and she works as an art director for an ad agency.

Nadine is four years old and loves My Little Ponies, hiding in her indoor tent, and being tickled. She wants to be Ariel (the little mermaid) when she grows up.

Lucie is 8 months old and loves to laugh and smile. She is currently candidating for best baby in the Western World.

Jenny is coming on staff for her third year with UConn RUF. Jenny is a grad of the University of California Santa Barbara where she was a philosophy major with minors in history and physical education. As such, she might just be the only fitness instructor/philosopher this side of the Mississippi. She loves cities though she does not live in one. Jenny provides training for small group Bible study leaders, so contact her if you are interested in learning how to lead a study in your dorm room.

Paul joins us for a two year internship starting this Fall, 08. Paul is a recent grad of Louisiana State University where he was an English major. Paul is a talented guitarist and has played in various bands throughout his college career. Given the opportunity, he waxes eloquent on the subject of turkey drops, Drive-By Truckers, and Seamus Heaney's bilingual translation of Beowolf.
